Mr. Richard Chale is an amateur historian residing in Songea. He has been working with Sinyati & Biginagwa in Ruvuma region for over six years, serving as local contact person, a guide, and a translator of local languages since he is fluent in five vernacular languages widely spoken in Ruvuma region.
